Too Slim & The Taildraggers
Tim “Too Slim“ Langford is a monster guitarist, an unabashed blues rocker whose influences run the gamut from Lightnin’ Hopkins, Freddy King, and Duane Allman to Lynyrd Skynyrd and Robin Trower. He’s a prolific singer/songwriter whose songs have now yielded an impressive 20 Too Slim and the Taildraggers albums over the last 30 years, all on his own Underworld Records imprint. Their newest release, BLOOD MOON, hit the streets March 18, 2016 and charted at #12 on Billboards Top Blues Album Chart. Originally from Spokane, WA, now living in Nashville Tennessee, Too Slim recorded the new album mostly live in the studio, backed by some of the best musicians Music City has to offer. Robert Kearns (Cry of Love, Bottle Rockets, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Big Hat, Sheryl Crow) on bass/vocals and Jeff “Shakey” Fowlkes (Robert Bradleys Black Water Surprise, Kid Rock, Uncle Kraker) on drums/vocals.
