BMA Tours wants to congratulate it's 35th Blues Music Awards nominees! Both Bobby Rush and Mark Hummel were nominated for multiple awards. Also, our very own Jimmy Carpenter, was nominated for in the Instrumentalist-Horn category!

Blue Mountain Artists is proud to announce that two of our artists have been nominated for the Grammy Awards. Both Mark Hummel and Bobby Rush were nominated for Best Blues Album in the American Roots genre.

At first, Denise LaSalle just wanted to tell stories. The blues-inflected R&B singer has crafted narratives through her voice for almost 50 years, but she expressed herself differently after moving to Chicago from Mississippi in the early 1960s.

New Monsoon is using Kickstarter to raise funds for their next studio album. Their signature sound blends sophisticated arrangements, multilayered vocals, electric and acoustic guitars, psychedelic keyboards, exotic banjo and world influenced rhythms.

BMA Tours mourns the loss of another friend, Ann Rabson, who passed today, January 30th. Ann Rabson was a American blues vocalist, pianist and guitar player. She was a solo recording artist signed to Alligator Records and was a member of Saffire - The Uppity Blues Women.
